The apartments were built in 2007 in a small complex of twelve. They occupy a lovely position with views of fields towards Cabras and in the distance to the Marina of Torregrande.

Only high quality materials have been used in the construction of the apartments, including granite flooring and UPVC windows. All external windows have shutters.
Ground floor apartments have a private patio area, while first floor apartments have balconies. All apartments have allocated parking.

The apartments are located on the edge of a quiet well-presented residential area approximately 1.5 km from the beach at Torregrande. Local shops are within easy walking distance on Corso Italia.
