The apartments are part of a small complex and are semi-detached with their own allocated parking space. The ground floor apartment (Mimosa) benefits from a private patio and the first floor apartment (Oleandra) has a balcony/sun terrace, which has some views across open countryside.

The buildings are modern and very well equipped, each sleeping up to four people. For groups requiring more accommodation, you can book both apartments subject to availabilty.
The apartments - Location
The apartments are situated very near to Torregrande, a popular and attractive seaside location approximately seven kilometres from Oristano.
The Marina of Torregrande is small and is dominated by a perfectly preserved Spanish tower, the largest on the island, and next to the beach is a tree-lined promenade, perfect for long walks.
In the Summer months the area comes to life with live music and plays about Sardinian traditions and folk tales. There are a multitude of places to eat and drink throughout the day and in the evening local crafts are on sale, while the children can be amused by the numerous fairground rides.
Out of peak season, the relaxed atmosphere returns and makes Torregrande the perfect location for a relaxing stroll or cycle ride. The cafes and bars provide suitable refreshments and you can pick up local souvenirs, postcards and stamps at the local shops.
